Christa Johanson, President, Professional Organizer

For Christa, organization has always come naturally, and she has come to realize that much like singing or dancing, her skill is a unique gift that could really help others.
Once this talent was discovered, Christa set off to learn how to turn her passion into a career. She loved the feeling that came with organizing a space and seeing the finished result. She also loved the tears of joy that followed once her clients saw their transformed space for the first time. This was a true testimony to Christa that she was to share the gift of organization with the world.
After her move to Colorado, Christa joined the local NAPO chapter, where she has served on the local Board of Directors. As the founder of Peace Together Spaces, her vision is two-fold: provide organizing services for homes, offices, and small businesses; and to eventually create a non-profit organization focused on helping families with children with special needs through home organization systems. The latter is very close to Christa’s heart from seeing the frustration of friends and other parents that struggle due to lack of time and money because their focus is where it should be – on their special needs child. These challenges have inspired Christa to give back to these families.
Christa is currently training with the Institute for Challenging Disorganization. Here she is learning new ways to better serve her clients facing chronic disorganization issues. Christa knows that expanding her education will help Peace Together Spaces succeed in accomplishing the ultimate goal of an organized space. Christa has earned the following Level 1 Certificates of Study with the ICD:
1.) Chronic Disorganization
2.) Basic Hoarding Issues with the CD Client
3.) CD Client Administration
Christa enjoys working with children to teach them the skill of being organized while they are young. She specializes in residential organizing and home offices and loves to teach workshops in her community.
Christa is a mother of three and loves teaching other moms organizing systems. Christa also enjoys working with children to teach them the skill of being organized while they are young. She specializes in residential organizing and home offices and loves to teach workshops in her community.
Christa is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, a Golden Circle Member, an Institute for Challenging Disorganization member, is Clear & SIMPLE™ certified and is also a member of Faithful Organizers.
Kristina Streeter, VP Marketing & PR, Professional Organizer
For Kristina Streeter, her passion for business was planted early in life while watching her dad grow his company to be the successful company it is today. Kristina was born and raised in Kansas, and while there she worked as a respite care provider for children and families, and coached children in gymnastics. Colorado was always a place that Kristina knew she wanted to live, and in 2006 that dream became a reality when she made the move to be closer to her husband, Ryan. After moving, Kristina worked different jobs including office management and business management positions within different companies. She then found a career in massage therapy where she started diving into more business development, and learning the ins and outs of small business. Ultimately, Kristina has found a passion working and networking with start-up businesses and small corporations, with a special gift helping women in business. Kristina has been doing freelance work within the business world for the last six years helping companies organize, grow and dive into marketing and PR aspects.
Kristina also runs her own online store, which serves as her creative outlet where she offers unique and original gifts for home and body. To cater to her passion of helping women in business, she also serves as the Regional Manager for WINNational, offering support and mentoring to other women in business all across the nation.
When Kristina isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their two dogs, while enjoying this beautiful state of Colorado. Some of her other passions include blogging, fishing, creating and cooking.
Kristina was introduced to Peace Together Spaces in September 2011, and is now VP of Marketing and Public Relations. She is very excited to be apart of such a wonderful company and being apart of it as it continues to grow.
